Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Sparkles Made by Millie! We are committed to providing you with execellent customer service with high quality products that meet your expectations. 

 

Please read the following regarding orders:

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of custom orders and the colors you choose it is not refundable. Once an order is made, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. 

If on Live you do not like how the color choices turn out let me know and we can start over and that cup will be placed in pre-mades but if you tell me you like it and I ship it unfortunately no refunds.

Double check your order. 

This needs to be as accurate as possible before purchasing. Before finalizing your order, please review everything. We customize based on what you purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product. We may be able to offer a replacement or repair at our discretion. Proof of damage will be required. (photos, etc)
